What we can do for you?
1. We accept custom orders. All products are customized according to the customer's specific requirements, such as measurement, structure, printing colors, surface finishing, etc. Professional suggestions are available.
2. We have our own design department. if you don’t have printing artwork yet, we can make designs for you. The design fee depends on the design’s complexity.
3. Blank sample and stock sample can be offered for free. As for customized samples, we only charge you once. If the sample can not meet your demand, we will remake it until you are satisfied, or refund the cost.
4. Lead time: 1-3 days for blank sample, 3-5 days for customized sample. For mass production, normally it takes 7-10 days, rush orders are available.
5. Factory visiting is warmly welcome! We can provide pick up and hotel booking service for your best convenience.
6. We are strict with the quality of our products. Before shipping, we will send clear photos for your confirmation and take a random of the products to check the product quality. Even after you got the product, if you find any quality problem, it can be returned or exchanged.
Q: Could I get a sample before I decide to place an order?
A: Yes, if the material is regular, we can provide a dummy sample for you freely; If you need a finished sample, we will charge for the printing.
Q: Do you require any deposit before mass production?
A: Yes, 40% deposit, the rest balance would be paid before shipment.
Q: If I want direct place bulk orders, will you make samples for me first?
A: Generally we will arrange production after you confirm the design, then once finished, will send the video&pictures for you to confirm, after you confirm, they will arrange to ship as your request, if the finished products are not as same as the confirmed design, we will remake or refund, so you don't need to worry what you received is not your want.
Q: If I found some quality problem after I received the goods, could you arrange the replacement for me right away?
A: If the quality problem is caused by us, we will arrange a replacement right away.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: For samples, lead time is 3-7 working days, for bulk orders around 12-15 working days.
