1. We accept custom orders. All products are customized according to the customer's specific requirements, such as measurement, structure, printing colors, surface finishing, etc. Professional suggestions are available.
2. We have our own design department. if you don’t have printing artwork yet, we can make designs for you. The design fee depends on the design’s complexity.
3. Blank sample and stock sample can be offered for free. As for customized samples, we only charge you once. If the sample can not meet your demand, we will remake it until you are satisfied, or refund the cost.
4. Lead time: 1-3 days for blank sample, 3-5 days for customized sample. For mass production, normally it takes 10-15 days, rush orders are available.
5. Follow-up order quality! We will provide printing, handwork, and packing details for your approval during production.
